Meet Ms. Jamie

 Jamie holds a Master of Occupational Therapy degree, a  Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University in Virginia, a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Health from Keiser University in SW Florida, and an Associate of Science degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant. She has been accepted into the Ph.D. program at Liberty University and will be attending shortly.

With over six years of experience, Jamie specializes in working with children in early intervention in various settings such as the home environment, private schools, behavior schools (ABA), private clinic settings, and home health. She has successfully taught non-verbal children to play the piano and focuses on what children CAN do instead of what they cannot do. Her approach involves empowering children's strengths to help them develop the skills required for functional play.  

In addition to her professional work, Jamie homeschools her children. Her goal is to provide children and families with the tools they need to succeed and lead fulfilling, functional lives into adolescence and adulthood.
